SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

In-stock orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Large wholesale orders, distributor orders, preorders, and special arrangements may require additional processing time. Any known extended processing time will be communicated before shipment or displayed with the applicable product.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order, destination, and selected service.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates provided at checkout or by the carrier begin after the order has shipped. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by Stancraft Products.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

Preorders and Upcoming Releases

Products offered for preorder or advance purchase will display an estimated shipping period on the applicable product page. Estimated release and shipping dates may change because of production, freight, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a material delay occurs, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

International Orders

International shipping is available only to destinations offered at checkout.

The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country unless those charges are expressly collected at checkout.

International customs processing and local delivery may cause delays outside the control of Stancraft Products.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We will try to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.

If an order is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, the customer may be required to pay the additional cost of reshipping. If a refund is requested instead, original shipping costs and any return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, please contact info@stancraftproducts.com within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and photographs of the products, shipping carton, packing materials, and shipping label.

If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, first check with household members, neighboring addresses, the delivery location, and the carrier. Then contact us so we can review the shipment and available carrier options.

Wholesale Deliveries

Wholesale customers should inspect all cartons promptly and report visible damage, concealed damage, shortages, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

Please retain all cartons, packing materials, shipping labels, and affected merchandise until the claim has been resolved.
