RETURN POLICY
Consumer Orders
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Opened playing card decks are not eligible for return unless they contain a manufacturing defect, missing card, misprint, or other verified product issue.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@stancraftproducts.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and shipping package when applicable.
If the issue was caused by shipping damage, a manufacturing defect, or an error by Stancraft Products, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are considered final sale except in cases of shipping damage, manufacturing defects, shortages, incorrect products, or another fulfillment error by Stancraft Products.
Wholesale customers must report claims within 7 days of delivery and should retain the products, cartons, packing materials, and shipping labels until the claim has been reviewed.
Returns should not be shipped without prior authorization from Stancraft Products.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on discretionary consumer returns. Stancraft Products will be responsible for reasonable return or replacement shipping costs when the return results from our error, shipping damage, or a verified product defect.
Original shipping charges are not refundable after an order has shipped unless the return was caused by an error by Stancraft Products. If an order received free shipping and is returned for reasons not caused by Stancraft Products, the actual shipping cost paid to fulfill the order may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Please allow several business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund after it has been processed.

• Photographs, when the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective
Approved returns should be sent only to the return address and according to the instructions provided by Stancraft Products.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
